The purpose of this e-book is to inform the users about the "information age" of the 21st centry and what it was like to live in.
The users will be able to learn about the types of online services that are available to those with access to the internet in this day and age. I will give a description of 5 different online services, and their advantages and disadvantages.For the users to fully understand the information age they must know about the impact of ict (on the lives of people), and the digital divide.
This part of the e-book will educate the users on how the technology affected the everyday lives of people, the gap that it caused and what is being done to bridge this gap.
